Surface inspection for rubber, plastic and composite parts

At IRC 2018, which is taking place July 2nd through 5th in Nürnberg, Germany, NELA will exhibit it's high-precision inspection system TAVI.02. Featuring two glass tables with the opportunity to install up to 9 sensor units, TAVI.02 is the ideal system for the detection of a broad variety of surface defects, such as fissures, crackes, pores, or foreign material. 

TAVI.02 is perfectly suited for the inspection of serial parts made of rubber, plastics, or composites and is always tailored to the specific requirements of each customer. 

With sensors distributed between two tables, TAVI.02 is the ultimate solution when a highly precise inspection of both sides of the part is important. This is especially true for parts with two different sides. The inspection system automatically recognizes, which side is up when a part reaches the inspection table. Illumination settings adapt automatically and no parts have to be ejected to the feeder any more. The advantage is evident: the throughput of the inspectoin system rises significantly!
